Is San Francisco a good investment today?
Absolutely! San Francisco has always been a city of bust and boom. So, when our city is experiencing a downturn, it can feel like a risky investment. But I landed in San Francisco in 1987, and there’s one thing this city has taught me: It doesn’t get cheaper around here.
The pandemic certainly changed parts of the city, but it always comes back, and I am watching it coming back right now. There’s a lot of creativity, talent, and drive pushing it forward. And the bones of the place are sturdy, elegant, and ready for whatever comes next.
Right now is a smart time to invest in San Francisco. The prices are significantly lower than in years past, and there’s plenty to choose from in any price range.
